Cancellation Policy
At The Seapoint Clinic we understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time.
In order to facilitate our Patients we would ask for at least 24 hours notice in these instances.
Please note our Cancellation Policy:
- A credit card or laser card is required when booking an appointment
- 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies
- If you fail to show for an appointment (without prior notice), a 100% cancellation charge applies
- The charge will be made automatic without notification
