 We are proud of our fees and actively check other practices to ensure we offer value for money. We believe in trying to offer value for money to Irish patients in Ireland in spite of the high costs involved in working in this country. Below are some price comparisons which we have done. When you are comparing prices in dentistry it is important that you are comparing the same thing. For example many clinics overseas quote for an implant at a low cost which doesn`t include the abutment or the crown. It is also important to consider the hidden costs of dental treatment overseas. For example your flights, hotels, transfers, time off work etc. We offer evening and early morning appointments which reduce the time off you need, particularly important in these difficult times. 

Follow-up care: is also hugely important particularly with dental implants and any treatment involving surgery. We offer complete follow-up and typically see our patients 2 weeks after surgery to check on healing. For anyone with any complications we will see them the same day. If you are visiting a clinic overseas a simple adjustment or emergency visit will involve flights and hassles which will more than offset any potential savings.

English speaking staff: All our staff are fluent English speakers from receptionist to dentists. In many overseas clinics you will have a dentist who doesn`t understand exactly what you want or is working through a translator or with accent difficulties

Guarantees: Many overseas clinics know that if there is a problem you will not bother coming back to them due to the hassle involved. We welcome patients of ours who have problems and are proud to offer guarantees which we stand over.

Quality of Materials: We will not reduce our fees to the level that we need to use inferior materials. We will never be as cheap as some clinics based in the third world but nor would we want to be. We stand over the quality of our dentistry and would happily put it in our own family`s mouths.  As we are based locally we will be here for you in the long term and we rely on positive experiences from our patients to keep us going. Overseas clinics rely on reps to feed them patients and not word of mouth of quality treatments.

The Best Recommendations:

Many clinics based overseas need to keep visits to a maximum of 2 in order to make it viable for them to attract patients. This has an effect on the advice they offer potential patients. Many overseas clinics recommend more damaging treatments such as bridges when implants would be more suitable. The only reason they do this is that it fits into 2 visits better than implants do.

We will recommend the most appropriate treatment for you and will not chose a treatment because it suits our schedule.

Open Evenings: We believe it`s important to meet with the actual dentist who will be performing the treatment for you. At our complimentary open evenings you will get a chance to meet and talk with the dentist who will be in charge of your care before you start any treatment or spend a penny.
