Ms. Kate Maguire
Patient Coordinator
Kate is often the first person patients meet at Seapoint Clinic. She welcomes patients, arranges their appointments, and keeps everything running smoothly from the first consultation through to treatment.
Kate brings a background in healthcare to the role. She is a CORU-registered dietitian and an honours graduate of the Human Nutrition and Dietetics programme at Trinity College Dublin and TU Dublin. Her training included clinical placements at Tallaght University Hospital, Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, and community services across North Dublin. She completed her final-year research thesis at the University of Porto in Portugal, and has worked in community pharmacy alongside her studies.
Kate is a proud Gaeilgeoir from the Muskerry Gaeltacht in Cork, so patients are welcome to chat with her as Gaeilge. Outside work, she’s a keen runner. In 2026 she completed the Cork City Marathon and several half marathons, including Dublin, Lisbon, Aveiro and Braga. She also loves to travel, and has spent summers working in Chicago and Boston.
