When Mary first heard about her daughters wedding she should have felt like she was on top of the world. After all, she was marrying a wonderful guy who had become almost like a son to her. Instead she felt a tinge of dread at the thought of having to eat in public and the fear that her dentures might come loose if she had to give a speech.

Mary had lost her teeth some years before and her dentures had gradually gotten looser. She didn’t realise for a long time that she had a problem and just thought having wobbly teeth was normal. All her friends had wobbly teeth, why should she be any different. The wedding made her realise that this shouldn’t be something she puts up with and she needed to take action.
