Our Sandyford clinic opened in 2024 in the heart of Beacon Court — a purpose-built dental practice carrying everything Seapoint patients have come to expect from our Blackrock flagship, but built from scratch with the newest equipment, the latest comfort touches, and a thoughtful, calm interior that doesn’t look or feel like a typical dentist.

All of Seapoint’s core treatments are available in Sandyford. A small number of advanced procedures take place at our Blackrock flagship where our CT scanner and full surgical suite are based — we’ll always tell you upfront if your treatment plan needs that.
How to find us
By car (M50): Take Exit 13 (Sandyford). Free 2-hour parking in Beacon South Quarter car park (5-min walk). Beacon Hospital car park is closer but paid.
By Luas (Green Line): Stillorgan or Sandyford stops — both within a 10-minute walk. Follow Blackthorn Drive towards Beacon Hospital.
By bus: Routes 11, 47, 116, 118, 75 (Dublin Bus) and 114, S8 (Go-Ahead). Nearest stops: Maple Avenue (4848) and Blackthorn Drive.
By bike or on foot: Bike racks outside Beacon South Quarter. Fully accessible — step-free entrance, lift access, accessible bathrooms on surgery floor.

Is parking available?

Yes — two hours of free patient parking in the Beacon South Quarter car park, a 5-minute walk. The Beacon Hospital car park is closer to the clinic entrance but paid.
Are the dentists the same as in Blackrock?

Seapoint is one practice with two locations, and several of our clinicians work across both sites. Sandyford runs as a focused team covering general dentistry, hygiene, orthodontics, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implants. For complex cases we draw on the wider Seapoint team at Blackrock.
Can I have all my treatment done in Sandyford?

Most treatments are available in Sandyford. Full-arch implants, CT scanning, complex oral surgery and IV sedation take place at Blackrock — but your consultations, planning and follow-ups still happen in Sandyford.
When did the Sandyford clinic open?

Sandyford opened in 2024 as Seapoint’s second location. Our flagship Blackrock clinic has been open since 2007.
Do you accept health insurance?

We don’t process claims directly, but we provide itemised receipts, treatment codes and clinical notes for VHI, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health and other Irish providers.
Is the clinic accessible?

Fully. Step-free entrance, lift access, and accessible bathrooms on the same floor as the surgeries. Let us know in advance if you need any specific support.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
