It's now easier than ever before to get the smile you always wanted, with a wider range of treatments now available thanks to advancements made in modern dentistry. From InvisalignSix Month Braces and conventional braces there's a treatment out there for you. Long gone are the days of braces being simply for teenagers. Here at Seapoint Clinic, we see people from ages 12 to 65 and upwards opting for orthodontic treatment on an everyday basis.

So, how do you know what treatment is the right one for you...

Six Month Braces

One of our most popular orthodontic treatments here at Seapoint is Six Month Braces, which straighten your front teeth and give you a great looking natural and above all, healthy smile. Six Month Braces are purely for cosmetic purposes, meaning they don't focus on the back teeth or alter your bite. If your goal is to change your bite or move a lot of the back teeth you may still need to get conventional braces which may take longer.

Six Month Braces are available in both traditional metal finish and see-through braces. These white braces are tooth coloured, making them incredibly discreet and practically invisible unless viewed up close. Quite often people are put off by the prospect of having braces, assuming they will have to wear them for a minimum of two years. This isn't always the case, and your smile can often be fixed within a reasonable period of time.

The attention to detail has been outstanding. I've been recommending all my family and friends to come here!

Invisible Braces

Invisible Braces are the ideal choice for people who may have been put off by wearing conventional braces. By opting for Invisible Braces, you will receive a set of custom made clear aligners, which gradually help move your teeth into the correct position over time. These aligners are custom-moulded to fit comfortably in your mouth and you'll receive a new set every 2-4 weeks.

One of the reasons as to why they are so popular is because they are indeed invisible. They're perfect for anyone who doesn't want to draw attention to their treatment. Another reason is that you can eat, drink and even brush your teeth as normal throughout treatment as they are easily removable.

Teen Braces

The most common time for orthodontic treatment is usually during the age of 11-15, the reason being that by that age the vast majority of people will already have most of their permanent teeth. It also makes detecting potential issues such as spacing, bad bites and gaps far easier. The rapid pace your body grows during this time also means an orthodontist has a better chance of taking advantage of these growth spurts, making treatment time much shorter. We're well aware that teenage years can be an expensive time for most parents so we offer a 10% discount for your second child in treatment and 15% for your third child!

I'm so happy with how my teeth look already and it's great that I don't have to wear metal braces. The white ones are so clear most of my friends don't even know I have braces on!
