I have been taking bisphosphonates for some time. Do I need to mention this before?

Bisphosponates have been known to cause some poor bone healing in very rare cases. It is important to discuss with your dentist what you were on and for how long and at what dose. It doesn't mean you can`t have implants but it is very important you let us know.
