Dental Implants: Am I Suitable?

Dental Implants: Am I Suitable?

There are numerous reasons as to why more and more people across the country are now opting for dental implants over conventional dentures. Whether you are missing a single tooth or an entire mouth, dental implants are the solution for you. As modern dentistry technology and techniques continue to advance, so too does the way we approach the mouth. Long gone are the days of needlessly pulling out teeth or having to put up with an ill-fitting denture. Instead, you can replace missing teeth without people even realising.

Dental implants are carefully crafted to look as natural as your own teeth, meaning you can eat, laugh and talk without worry and with renewed confidence. There's no reason why you should have to live with missing teeth and dental implants are an investment in your overall health.

Why Should I Replace Missing Teeth?

Without a tooth root your jawbone can actually begin to reduce in size over time and eventually lead to facial collapse. This can drastically age a person and lead to long term issues and potentially further tooth loss. Dental implants, when maintained properly, can actually prevent further bone or tooth loss from occurring. By having a dental implant, it can help encourage the growth of bone in the jaw.

What's Involved?

We know that choosing the right clinic to match your specific needs can be quite a stressful experience. With so many options and different ads offering implants at varying prices, it can be quite overwhelming. That's why Seapoint Clinic was established to help make every choice along the way as easy as possible for you. By investing in the latest technology, we are able to place implants for patients who may have been refused by other dentists. Our CT scanners mean everything you require takes place under the one roof, so you won't have to travel elsewhere.

The Costs

We have a strict policy of absolute clarity when it comes to our fees charged. Our x-ray fee of €60 includes all the x-rays you will require throughout treatment, unlike some other clinics who may charge in excess of €150 for one scan.

Types of Implant Treatments

Whether you need a single implant, a bridge, Click-Tite Dentures or a full mouth we have the solution for you.

Am I Suitable?

Dental implants are suitable for everyone, from 18 - 80+. For dental implants to work there must be enough bone in the jaw and the bone must be strong enough to support the implant. If there isn't enough bone then we can stimulate the growth of bone using bone regeneration. Mini dental implants are also useful where there is minimal bone remaining.
